This is our Sales Special Forces Code of Conduct.
This is our commitment to each other as to how we will conduct ourselves,
how we will show up as individual members of the team,
and how we will show up for you, our clients.
Before joining Sales Special Forces, one must decide if he/she will stand by these values,
for they are how we conduct business internally & externally.

Philosophy
There are no dumb ideas. We always share, for we never know where our next breakthrough will come from.
We always hear ideas out. We respect them & consider them. And we freely & respectfully share our ideas in return. We are free to disagree, as long as we are respectful.
Outcome over hours. None of us are here to heat office chairs. We’re here to get results. It doesn’t matter when we work, where we work, or how long we work (within reason of course). What matters is we get results.
Less, but better. Excellence in everything we do. We focus on fewer things, done better. Instead of trying to fit more in, we focus on how we can have less to do in the first place, so we can do fewer things, with excellence.
We respect each other. We value what each person brings to the table and their worth as a fellow human being. This affects how we communicate with each other & also how we talk about others when they’re not around. We have each other’s backs.
We do our jobs, and do them well. A successful company is the sum of individuals doing exceptional work in their respective areas. We rely on each other.
I do my job well. You do yours well. We win together.

- We prioritize focus & periods of deep work for excellent results. We also prioritize life outside of work with those we love. Thus, we are intentionally not available 24/7. However, we do our best to respond to all communication with 24 business hours.
- If something isn’t right, we bring it up to the person(s) involved. Our aim is to do excellent work in an honest, respectful manner. If something is off, chances are it was missed. We bring it to their attention so they can fix it.

Scheduling/Meetings
- We limit meetings as much as possible, both in number & length. If it can be summarized in a text, email, voice note, or quick video, we save us all the time. If we absolutely need a meeting, we condense the time as much as possible (in 15-minute increments) and prepare a detailed agenda that is sent out prior to maximize the effectiveness of our time together.
